In 2002, Founder and CEO Uga Defreitas set out to build Painters Plus a certified painting company. At that time, he saw a highly-fragmented industry that was more focused on assets than people. An industry with zero customer retention and no system for building customer relations. He envisioned the need for an industry leader, a company that operated with the highest levels of integrity and character while delivering world-class services.
It’s true that back then at the young age of 22, Uga had different dreams. He had been working as a “subcontractor” with various companies at that time, and the paycheck he received at the end of week was the most important thing in his life. However, as time went by and he grew older, he learned to appreciate a customer’s satisfaction when a project was completed, and when he saw that sparkle in their eyes he took great pride in his accomplishment. This feeling propelled him to become a contractor who is guided by enriching the lives of those he works with by doing things the right way.
In 2018, Almost two decades of experience in painting, Uga decided it was time to expand our parent company into Services Plus. We will still retain our famously reliable Painters Plus division, geared towards our customers’ interior and exterior painting needs. We are geographically located in the Metrowest area to best serve customers throughout Massachusetts. We have assembled an accomplished team to carry out our mission. Our team brings passion and expertise to every project with a goal to develop and sustain the best practices in the home improvement field.

We do not subcontract any of the work we do, all the services we provide are done in-house. We believe we have the most skilled craftsmen around. Each of our technicians have many years of experience in multiple maintenance fields and we are confident in their troubleshooting skills as well as their entire skill set.
