After searching the web, talking to a neighbor, or reading one of our neighborhood flyers, or promotional emails, you finally decide to to schedule an appointment for an estimate. However you may have found us, our office staff is always happy to set up a free estimate that works best with your schedule. You will receive a reminder email prior to the date of your appointment.

Prior to our arrival, you will receive an introductory email with a few details about your upcoming appointment as well as who you will be meeting with. During the estimate, you will be asked some general questions about your property, and what your project goals are. For example, if you are looking for a color change, our estimator can offer council on the differences between paint and stain and check for any signs of rot. 

After the appointment, your estimator will send you a proposal with the scope of work and the prices associated. You can always call us with any questions you may have about your estimate. If you do decide to move forward with your project, you will receive another introductory email to help you get acquainted with the Field Manager that was assigned to you. Additionally, if you have any questions about your own going project such as color choices, permits, or materials, you can direct those towards one of our Project or Operations Managers. 

Once the project is completed, you will have a final walkthrough with a Project Manager to go over the entirety of the work. Once you are totally satisfied with your project, the payment is due. No deposit necessary!
